Kyrö Gin, 46.3% ABV
Made from 100% Finnish rye, Kyrö Gin is Finnish summer in a bottle. Formerly Napue Gin, this gin is made with 17 botanicals - 4 locally foraged and 13 traditional.
Vegan, gluten-free, and just damn delicious, Kyrö Gin is a great spirit for everybody.

NOSE: A soft and succulent blend of creamy vanilla and angelica leads with help from deep, concentrated notes of juniper. An understated pink peppercorn spice sharpens orange blossom, among a herbal twinge of coriander root and cardamom seed.
PALATE: The palate adds more floral and perfumed qualities. Parma violet and a touch of rich heather, among bolder kicks of spice, which include a little cinnamon. Some marzipan icing develops with tinges reminiscent of classic styles.
OVERALL: An impressively mature, understated gin, reminiscent of classic styles.

Its lovely pink hue is derived from natural ingredients like strawberries and rhubarb, and though the color may fade over time, rest assured, the exceptional taste and quality of Kyrö Pink Gin remain unaffected.
Indulge in this remarkable gin with Fever-Tree tonic or soda water, garnished with a slice of pink grapefruit, and served over plenty of ice.

Made from 100% malted wholegrain Finnish rye, Kyrö Malt Rye is like no other. A lengthy fermentation, double pot-distilled and aged in new American oak casks. This rye is the love child of traditional whisky making equipment and Finnish ingenuity.
Winner of Gold at IWSC 2020 with an astounding 98/100.

NOSE: Toasted rye bread with apricot jam. A touch a coffee and a little chocolate.
PALATE: Opens with spiciness from the rye with a flavour very similar to the nose. Toasted rye bread and apricot jam sitting on top of a satisfying earthiness/bread-i-ness layer.
FINISH: A medium length finish of spicy rye and cereal sweetness which you call you back for more.

Made from 100% malted wholegrain Finnish rye, Kyrö Wood Smoke is made in the northern Finnish tradition of smoking rye grain in a riihi, a smokehouse to cure the grain for winter.

NOSE: Delicate wisps of smoke give way to predominant fruity and dark rye bread aromas. Subtle hints of caramel emerge.
PALATE: The somewhat dry smoke beautifully complements the rye's dark and slightly sour characteristics. The whisky unveils delightful flavours of charred sourdough bread, high-cocoa dark chocolate, and dark fruits.
FINISH: A long finish, with the smoke taking the spotlight.
